1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.2. Using the Website, registering on it, or placing an order (booking a tour) constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms and conditions for processing their personal information specified therein.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must stop using the Website.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT

The Company may collect the following information from Users:

  • Surname, First Name, Patronymic;

  • Contact phone number;

  • Email address;

  • Identity document details (passport details – only completed if booking tickets, transfers, or insurance);

  • Technical data automatically transmitted by the Website (IP address, cookies, browser information, and access time).

3. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

The Company processes personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

3.1. Identifying the User for booking excursions and tours.

3.2. Establishing communication with the User (clarifying order details, informing about changes to the excursion schedule).

3.3. Sending vouchers, tickets, and booking confirmations via email or messaging apps.

3.4. Providing effective customer and technical support.

3.5. Sending marketing and advertising materials (news, discounts, special offers) only with the User's express consent.

4. DATA PROCESSING TERMS AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER

4.1. Personal data may be processed indefinitely, using any legal means (including in personal data information systems, with or without the use of automated tools).

4.2. Cross-Border Data Transfer: The User acknowledges and agrees that, in order to fulfill its obligations regarding excursion bookings, the Company reserves the right to transfer personal data (Name, Telephone Number) to third parties—Contractors (Tour Organizers, Guides, Transport Companies)—located in other countries, including, but not limited to, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other countries where excursions are conducted.

4.3. The Company undertakes to transfer to Contractors only the minimum amount of data necessary for the high-quality provision of excursion services.

5. DATA PROTECTION AND STORAGE

5.1. The Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution.

5.2. Personal data is stored on secure servers. The Company's database is managed in accordance with the requirements of Kyrgyz Republic legislation.

6. USER RIGHTS

The User has the right to:

Learn what personal data the Company stores about them.

Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

Revoke their consent to data processing at any time by sending a written notice to the Company's email address: rahat.go.help@gmail.com. In this case, the Company will delete the data, but booking active excursions will become impossible.
