The Altai platform treats users' personal data with care and processes it in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection.

What data we collect

• Phone number - for registration and SMS-code sign-in.
• Contact details: email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram - so that a partner and a traveller can reach each other regarding a request or booking.
• Request and booking data: selected listing, dates, number of participants, comments.
• Technical data: interface language, system activity log.

How we use the data

The data is used solely for the operation of the platform: sign-in confirmation, processing of requests and bookings, payments and refunds, and order status notifications. Card payment details are processed by payment providers and are never stored on the platform's servers.

We do not share personal data with third parties, except for the partner involved in a specific request or booking, payment providers during payment processing, and cases expressly required by law.
