How to order - Rahat GO

Ordering a tour, excursion or event on Rahat GO takes just a few minutes. The whole process - from choosing to confirmation - happens online.

Step 1. Choose in the catalogue

Open the catalogue and use the filters: type, region, price, dates, duration. The home page also has a 30-second finder that opens matching options right away. On a listing page you will see the programme, photos, price, available dates and traveller reviews.

Step 2. Send a request or book

If you want to clarify details, leave a request and the partner will get in touch. If everything suits you, go straight to booking: pick a date and the number of participants, and check the total price.

Step 3. Pay the prepayment

To confirm a booking you pay a prepayment - its amount is shown in the order summary before payment. The balance is paid according to the partner's terms. All amounts and cancellation conditions are visible before you confirm.

Step 4. Get your confirmation

After payment the booking is confirmed, and its status and receipt are available in your personal account. The partner's contacts stay at hand, and notifications arrive via the channel you prefer. After the trip you can leave a review.

Online payment is enabled after a payment provider is integrated - until then a booking is arranged via a request and partner confirmation.
