Payment

This page describes the payment methods on the Rahat GO platform and how payments are processed.

Payment methods

Online payment by bank card is enabled once a payment provider is connected. Until then a booking is arranged via a request and partner confirmation, and payment details are agreed with the partner directly.

Prepayment

To confirm a booking you pay a prepayment - its amount is shown in the order summary before payment. The balance is paid according to the terms of the selected listing and partner.

Fees and payouts

The platform withholds a service fee from each transaction; the remaining amount is transferred to the partner. The fee and terms are fixed at the moment of booking.

Refunds

Refunds on cancellation are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy - the detailed tiers are listed on the "Cancellation policy" page and in your order summary.

Security

Card payment details are processed by the payment provider over a secure connection and are never stored on the platform's servers.
