Cancellation policy

This page describes the general booking cancellation and refund rules on the Rahat GO platform. The exact refund tiers and prepayment amount are inserted below from the platform's current settings and are fixed at the moment of booking.

How cancellation works

The refund amount depends on how many days before the start of the service you cancel: the earlier you cancel, the higher the refund percentage. The terms in effect at the time of booking remain yours even if the settings change later.

How to cancel

You can cancel a booking in your personal account, in the bookings section, or by writing to us with your booking number. Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment.

For individual listings a partner may set special cancellation terms - these are shown in the summary of the specific order and take priority over the general rules.
